Since 2001, we've been running our showroom at 550 Speers Road in Oakville, selling premium hot tubs and swim spas to families across the Greater Toronto Area. Same family. Same location. Our Story
Factory Hot Tubs & Swim Spas opened in Oakville in 2001 with a simple goal: sell premium hot tubs at fair prices, treat every customer honestly, and stand behind what we sell. More than two decades later, that's still exactly how we operate.
We've watched competitors come and go. We've watched corporate chains open flashy showrooms and then close them five years later.
